Where it all began…
Virtual Success was founded by Aspen Johnson. Aspen worked as a virtual assistant, specializing in real estate, for over three years. Having that experience, she realized the need that business owners have to unload work from their desk, without the hassle of hiring onto their team. “Virtual assistance creates an opportunity to designate tasks that require time and attention, allowing you more time to focus on other areas of your business,” states Johnson. Being the dreamer that she is, Johnson decided that through a large vision, long hours, and big excitement, she would launch Virtual Success.
How we do it…
Virtual Success is designed to be a seamless process for everyone. It is set up to run on a subscription, which allows less back and forth, to ensure that assistance is a smooth process. As long as your subscription is active, your assistance is active. While a subscription, it is unique in the fact that it is customizable. You don’t see what you are looking for as a service we provide? Just ask! We love customizing packages for you, when we can, to ensure that you are getting the assistance you and your business deserve. With that, Virtual Success allows direct contact with your assistant, creating an atmosphere that allows PLENTY of room for evaluation and adaptation. This is NOT designed to be an auto-renewal that feels cold. There really isn’t a one size fits all for anyone, in any way, in our opinion. We believe that each business is different and needs its own creativity and innovation to ensure that you can create the business and brand YOU desire.
